These options, Diamond and Black Diamond, increase the hardness of their flexible dies to a level not measured by the world-renown Rockwell Scale for Hardness. Our Black Diamond coating is the ideal choice for reducing die lifting. It increases the performance for small, tight corner die cutting applications including die cutting stamps. The Black Diamond coating creates lower friction, which allows a flexible die to be used with aggressive adhesives without gumming up the dies. Thus, it gives a printing operation more flexibility to offer their customers.

Rollem introduces the Advantage Card Cutting system for finishing multiple-up Greeting cards and Photo cards. This two-directional system edge trims the images in both directions, slits each card and applies the finest quality score and cut-score available. This method eliminates the need for guillotine cutting and additional manpower as the cards are finished in one process. Rollem’s advantage is the accuracy of the cutting and the ability to score digitally printed products with no cracking or marking. To further improve production, simply add a folder for complete automation – press sheet to finished product.

Rollem will exhibit its latest models for digital color finishing. Models include the Champion ETR Rollaway which will demo a two-up mailer as it is processed to deliver two folded, scored, and perforated mailers which include four tear-off coupons… all in one pass. CHAMPION ETR & ROLLAWAY
The Champion ETR System is one of the newest models in Rollem’s line designed for mid-sized runs. It’s loaded with many features like die-scoring, micro-perforating, automatic pile feeding and flawless registration. The ETR increases production and profitability with the ability to load up to 30” of stock at one time, and the flexibility to run in-line with any 8-page folder, process coated or cross grain paper, at speeds up to 18,000 sheets per hour. Key to the ETR is the ability to slit and score on all types of digitally printed materials, independent of the press method i.e., toner based, ink based, etc.

The Count-Wise III has been designed to count material from .007 up to .030* at speeds up to 1000 cpm. It is also able to batch by inserting a paper tab at intervals from 10 to 9999.
